No more crutch words…

God knows that when you have to give a speech the time freezes and you simply know everybody is looking at you!. You feel nervous and you simply die from stress and the first thing that comes out of your mouth is: “Amh… um… “. This adds to the nerves and then you are simply lost in the middle of a speech.

Now don’t feel bad I know it’s very hard to speak in front of people, but as with anything you are able to get a good grip of it and soon you will be speaking without any problem. In fact the crutch words are just our own doubts and fears of being in front of that much people. It took quite a bit of time to get used to the feeling and eventually I got in good shape to talk in front of a room out of people.

I would give you the full process of trial and error that I used but our friends of Lifehack.com have a great way to get rid of all the fear, and you will be a pro in no time!. Enjoy.
